BUGGY EVENT MAROC 

A rally-raid pilot instructor will do your training, he is a tourist raid organizer with piloting and navigation knowledge to face the hostile environments of the Moroccan desert with maps and with the compass but above all aware of the efforts to be made with the knowledge and requirements for participation in a rally.

 

We will provide a Toyota HDJ80 4x4 fully prepared or a pikup and equipped for a rally raid, hoops as well as 2 bucket seats and 4 harnesses, therefore 2 for passengers in the back seat with the Toyota.

A safe sufficient to take the luggage as well as the food for the picnics of midday and the material of sleeping for the night in bivouac.

 

We provide topographic maps identical to those used during the raids which will guide you to go from the dunes of Merzouga to the dunes of Chégaga in 4 days, alternating charming accommodation and independent bivouacs.

 

Possibility of having an additional 4x4 equipped with a cell with a 140cm / 180cm bed and fridge / freezer of 50 Liters as well as a shower, sun shelter and table with chairs...

Intended to provide assistance and prepare real meals on the course for an additional 1400€.

With this option you will be able to make all nights in bivouac any comfort and avoid the hotels, except for the first and the last nights.

TRAINING PROGRAM:

​

Day 1:

Arrival at the airport of (Casablanca) with a support by an assistant, according to the time of arrival at the airport one night at the hotel or transfer to the hotel "l'Auberge du Sud à Merzouga" for a night at the foot of the dunes.

​

Day 2:

Theoretical training during the morning for reading the maps, after lunch at the hotel putting into practice the knowledge acquired at the wheel of the 4x4 for the afternoon through easy tracks to focus on navigation.

Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight at the Auberge du Sud in Merzouga.

​

Day 3:

Departure in total autonomy from the hotel of Merzouga towards the dunes of Ouzina by practicing driving on sand and dunes, this by navigating only with the map and the compass.

Overnight in the dunes of Ouzina or further towards the pass of M’harech depending on the rate of advancement.

​

Day 4:

Dismantling of the bivouac and departure towards Ouled Driss on mountain tracks where it will be necessary to find the right passes to arrive in the light of day.

Overnight at Le Pacha hotel, Taberkat, Dar Azawad ...

Day 5:

Early departure to the Chegaga dunes and return to the hotel.

Night in the same hotel in Ouled Driss or ascent to Zagora, Agdz, Ouarzazate or Casablanca (depending on the date and time of flight for the return of participants).

 

The price is 3500€ for 2 people

 

it includes:

- Pick-up from the airport to take you to the place of your first night  from Casablanca airport or Marrakesh.

(The hotel night on arrival and departure, is not included but can be communicated according to the budget and desires!)

- an instructor speaking perfect French and a guide speaking perfect French and Arabic to support you throughout your stay.

- The provision of the fully equipped 4x4 with navigation instruments, equipment for removing the sand, etc.

​

 

- Driving training on sand and in the dunes.

​

 

- Navigation training.

​

 

- Picnics for lunch.

​

 

- 2-second Decathlon tents with mattresses and sleeping bags.

​

 

- Dinner overnight in wild bivouac (in total autonomy) as during certain rally stages.

 

This program must be planned 3 months in advance!

For payment, a deposit of 50% by bank transfer to block the dates that we have validated together, 20% to be paid 1 month before departure and 30% in cash before the start of the raid.
